Leadership is about investing in your people using a systematic process. I focus on three things to ensure that leaders have the tools for success – I call them “the three E’s”.
As Club Growth Director, my job will be to grow our members and clubs by coordinating quality marketing efforts in our district. I plan to do that by focusing on three areas.
Every year dozens of clubs don’t show up and vote, which means they don’t have a voice in the future of the district. Don’t let that happen to your club – attend the business meeting & vote!
